How long does an order take?

Every item is made to order after you buy it. Making it usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then it ships. You get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

How much is shipping?

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping depends on your order subtotal and starts at $5.95 in the US and $8.95 in Canada. US orders of $110 or more ship free. See the shipping policy for every rate.

How do I pick a size?

Adult T-shirts have a unisex modern classic fit. See the size guide for measurements.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email support@seekingmoments.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement.

Can I return a shirt if I change my mind?

Because each shirt is made to order for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. Check the size guide before you order.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We never see or store your card number: payments are handled by Shopify's secure checkout, which meets the card industry's highest security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). An account is optional, and you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there's no password to create. Our privacy policy has the details.
